If you read my writing, you’ll see these themes pop up, but for GrowFood Carolina manager Sara Clow, these subjects are every day conversation. Sara’s passion is so infectious because it’s directly aimed at helping farmers succeed, not through stop gap measures or handouts, but by literally connecting them with more customers. GrowFood Carolina is South Carolina’s first food hub, and its mission is to keep farmers farming. I’m all for that, especially when tomatoes, green garlic, and fresh farm eggs are involved.
