The #southcarolina oyster roast is a thing of messy beauty. Knives, saltines, lemons, rolls of paper towels, and butcher paper or newspaper make a table. When @jdstan2003, @ponysaurusbrewing and @joekwon80 host one, there can be lobster puff pastry with creme fraiche and caviar too (look closely), but that addition isn’t standard.
