Flew up for the @guinnessbreweryus Stock Ale Aged in @bulleit Bourbon Barrels release party and spent the afternoon learning all about this experimental brewery In Baltimore County, MD. The place thrilled my science-loving ❤️, and this beer 🍺, a blend of Guinness Barleywine/Guinness Imperial Stout both brewed right here in Baltimore by a team led by @aredbeardbrewer, was way smoother than a 10.4 ABV should be and had a nose (to me) reminiscent of those liquid-y chocolate covered maraschino cherries from the drugstore, but with a little more toffee. You’ll be hearing more from me on this one. #beertasting #letsdigin
